The Mindful Way is an 8-week program rooted in the Mindfulness Now approach and inspired by Jon Kabat-Zinn’s MBSR teachings.
You will be guided step by step from beginning to end through a journey of reconnecting with yourself, your relationships and the life around you.
Through simple, repeatable practices, you will discover how to pause with intention, move from reaction into clarity and cultivate a steadier presence that lasts beyond the course.
