Yes.
Everything we teach is delivered through a trauma-informed lens, offering a gentle, respectful and safe space to explore mindfulness. There is never any pressure to share or participate in ways that do not feel right for you.
-
All our courses gently invite you to explore daily or weekly practices at home, work and wherever you can. This journey is just the beginning and like anything meaningful, it takes practice to see real change. Yet, there is no pressure or judgment if life gets in the way. Even the smallest moments of mindfulness can make a big difference over time.
ACCESSIBILITY and SUITABILITY

Many participants find that mindfulness helps them feel more present, grounded, and better able to manage difficult emotions.
However, mindfulness is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. If you arefeeling unsure or struggling with your mental health, we encourage you to speak with your GP or a qualified mental health professional.
If you need support, you can also reach out to:
Mind – mental health information and support
Samaritans – free 24/7 emotional support: call 116 123
NHS Mental Health Services – for local help and urgent care options
-
You may be asked to complete a short wellbeing form before joining courses or live sessions.
This is simply to ensure safe and appropriate practice for everyone taking part.
