This is an intimate online group, intentionally kept to a maximum of 10 people. The smaller group size allows space for reflection, connection and personal support, enhancing both the learning and the overall experience.
Places are limited to keep the group small and supportive.
Over 8 weeks, we will meet online in a supportive, spacious environment. Each session is a minimum of 2 hours, allowing time to settle, explore, reflect and integrate. A quiet space and a reliable internet connection will help you get the most from each session.
